August 1, 2006A sale is contemplated by with the sign off and approval of the following items: Exhibit A - Sales Order Form; Exhibit B - Heartland Building Systems, LLC Standard Specifications; Exhibit C - Floorplan Drawing; Exhibit D - Exterior Elevation Drawing; Exhibit E - Responsibilities Designation Form.
Builder agrees that the above documents constitutes the entire agreement with Heartland Building Systems, LLC and these documents supercede all prior agreements, written and oral, and may not be amended unless it is in writing and agreed to by both parties.
A $250.00 fee is required for Heartland to produce a preliminary drawing for a house on which no order has been placed.
A $2500.00 fee is required for Heartland to produce raised sealed state approved plans for a house on which no order has been placed. In the event that the approved plans exceed the amount the Builder is responsible for the additional cost.
A 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to initiate an order.
The balance due must be received in CERTIFIED FUNDS or by WIRE TRANSFER prior to the shipping date.
